This Privacy Policy describes how Tickket ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and other applicable laws.
For the purpose of the NDPR, Tickket acts in two capacities:
Name, email address, phone number, and bank account details (for organisers).
Payment history, ticket purchases, and voting records. We do not store card details.
We share data with trusted third-party providers strictly to operate our platform. Each provider only accesses data necessary to perform their function:
We use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how visitors interact with the platform. This data is anonymised and used solely for performance improvements.
Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never collect or store your card details — all card data is handled directly by the payment provider.
We use third-party email services to deliver transactional messages such as ticket confirmations, verification codes, and account notifications.
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud servers. We use industry-standard hosting providers with data centres in the EU region.
We process data based on contractual performance (ticket orders), legal obligations (KYC/Tax), legitimate interest (security), and explicit consent (marketing).
